Nik-Nak gets a lifeline!

The receptionist came back today and she was smiling, I didn’t know why…

She took me out of the cage and gave me a bath, a bath!! My last day on earth and she’s bathing me- could life get any crueler?!!

But she said I had to get cleaned up, cus I was going on a trip to Cape Town! She said that I’d broken a record!! Seven seconds was what it took to get me a foster! From posting to fostered- seven seconds!!!

A yucky dog like me?!…wow…thanks Cape Town!! 

Its only a ‘for now’ foster, but it means I have a week! A week to smell the sea air and find my forever home!

For the first time in a long time- I’m feeling hopeful!!

BequestS - Remember us in Your Will

One of the most effective ways in which you can ensure that Sidewalk Specials NPC’s work continues is by way of a bequest in your will.

 

What Can You Bequeath?

You can leave any realisable assets to Sidewalk Specials NPC, including:

  • Property and land
  • Money or stocks and shares
  • Personal possessions
 
Adding a Bequest to Your Will
 
If you wish to donate to Sidewalk Specials NPC by way of a bequest, please make specific mention of us in your will.

For example:

“I bequeath to Sidewalk Specials NPC (2017/316326/08) the sum of [insert amount or percentage of overall estate value]. “ 

If you have already drawn up your will, a bequest to Sidewalk Specials NPC can be contained in an addition to your will, known as a Codicil, which can be added at any time.

A codicil must be signed and witnessed in the same way as the will itself (although the witnesses do not need to be the same). It must be kept with the will, but not affixed to it.

For example:

“I, the undersigned, declare the following to be a codicil to my will. I bequeath to Sidewalk Specials NPC (2017/316326/08) the sum of [insert amount or percentage of overall estate value] “
