There appears to be two types of people in this world when it comes to emigration!
The type that pre- plan their pets flight way before their own, feel sick with nerves over whether their fur baby will arrive safe and wouldn’t leave that pet behind for all the tea in China!
Then there’s the type who casually inform a rescue the week before they fly that they won’t be taking their pets with and if the over stretched rescue won’t take them- well then, there’s always the classifieds on Gumtree isn’t there?!
Shall I mention here that they also failed to tell their own children that their beloved pets won’t be following.. or shall we just get on with the business of rehoming two terrified dogs?
Chloe a 4yr old female Chihuahua x Min pin is visibly terrified, has long over grown nails and is desperately trying to protect her sister Pixie!
Pixie: a 2 yr old, female Maltese x Jack Russell is in desperate need of a groom, she also has painfully over grown nails which speak of benign neglect!
Both are good with other dogs, cats and kids! They are very bonded so a home together would be first prize, currently based in Cape Town!
