De Doorn’s Needs Our Help!

Welcome to the poor farming community of De Doorns: a sprawling township with seasonal work, dire poverty & one of the highest human malnutrition rates in South Africa! 

Are the dogs having a better time? Of course they’re not! 

With no resident vet or rescue there is little to no help for the animals of the area, breeding and disease is rampant, the residents want to help their animals but how can they?

They can’t. We can!

Steri Drive No4 is happening on the 17/18 March: a team of vets headed by Vetpoint Dr. Reena Cotton will travel to De Doorns and work around the clock to treat & sterilise over 200 animals!

It isn’t going to be easy & it’s certainly not going to be cheap! If you can help us help them please donate below.

BequestS - Remember us in Your Will

One of the most effective ways in which you can ensure that Sidewalk Specials NPC’s work continues is by way of a bequest in your will.

 

What Can You Bequeath?

You can leave any realisable assets to Sidewalk Specials NPC, including:

  • Property and land
  • Money or stocks and shares
  • Personal possessions
 
Adding a Bequest to Your Will
 
If you wish to donate to Sidewalk Specials NPC by way of a bequest, please make specific mention of us in your will.

For example:

“I bequeath to Sidewalk Specials NPC (2017/316326/08) the sum of [insert amount or percentage of overall estate value]. “ 

If you have already drawn up your will, a bequest to Sidewalk Specials NPC can be contained in an addition to your will, known as a Codicil, which can be added at any time.

A codicil must be signed and witnessed in the same way as the will itself (although the witnesses do not need to be the same). It must be kept with the will, but not affixed to it.

For example:

“I, the undersigned, declare the following to be a codicil to my will. I bequeath to Sidewalk Specials NPC (2017/316326/08) the sum of [insert amount or percentage of overall estate value] “
