A Dog Called Unicorn! Home Needed!

Whilst signing up dogs for sterilisation we were approached by an owner and asked to euthanise an old, sick dog on his property.

When we got there we found little unicorn, doing her best to look scary and ferocious but we saw through that! 

Scared though she was she was more hungry and that’s how we got her in the end!

Unicorn’s got tick bite fever and non contagious mange but other than that is a healthy one year old Collie mix with oh so much love to give! 

She’ll be at Adoption Day this Saturday at Granger Bay Market!

BequestS - Remember us in Your Will

One of the most effective ways in which you can ensure that Sidewalk Specials NPC’s work continues is by way of a bequest in your will.

 

What Can You Bequeath?

You can leave any realisable assets to Sidewalk Specials NPC, including:

  • Property and land
  • Money or stocks and shares
  • Personal possessions
 
Adding a Bequest to Your Will
 
If you wish to donate to Sidewalk Specials NPC by way of a bequest, please make specific mention of us in your will.

For example:

“I bequeath to Sidewalk Specials NPC (2017/316326/08) the sum of [insert amount or percentage of overall estate value]. “ 

If you have already drawn up your will, a bequest to Sidewalk Specials NPC can be contained in an addition to your will, known as a Codicil, which can be added at any time.

A codicil must be signed and witnessed in the same way as the will itself (although the witnesses do not need to be the same). It must be kept with the will, but not affixed to it.

For example:

“I, the undersigned, declare the following to be a codicil to my will. I bequeath to Sidewalk Specials NPC (2017/316326/08) the sum of [insert amount or percentage of overall estate value] “
