Alex: a stray from the Groendal township of Franschhoek!

The product of unchecked breeding, struggling to survive on the local rubbish dump- life hasn’t been kind.

Alex is terrified of humans, good with dogs and in serious need of veterinary care!

Steri Drive 7: Groendal, Franschhoek is happening on the 4/5th of May 2019- sponsoring a township animal for only R450/ $32/£24 allows us to sterilise, inoculate, deworm, provide tick and flea meds, mange treatment AND antibiotics! For most animals this is the first and only veterinary care of their lives!

Mass sterilisation is the only answer to changing the future of Groendal’s animals: stopping the cycle of unwanted puppies and kittens being born into neglect and abuse!  

NB: We are PBO approved and all donations are 18A tax deductible!

Sidewalk Specials are PBO approved and can issue Section 18(A) tax certificates for donations received!

BequestS - Remember us in Your Will

One of the most effective ways in which you can ensure that Sidewalk Specials NPC’s work continues is by way of a bequest in your will.

 

What Can You Bequeath?

You can leave any realisable assets to Sidewalk Specials NPC, including:

  • Property and land
  • Money or stocks and shares
  • Personal possessions
 
Adding a Bequest to Your Will
 
If you wish to donate to Sidewalk Specials NPC by way of a bequest, please make specific mention of us in your will.

For example:

“I bequeath to Sidewalk Specials NPC (2017/316326/08) the sum of [insert amount or percentage of overall estate value]. “ 

If you have already drawn up your will, a bequest to Sidewalk Specials NPC can be contained in an addition to your will, known as a Codicil, which can be added at any time.

A codicil must be signed and witnessed in the same way as the will itself (although the witnesses do not need to be the same). It must be kept with the will, but not affixed to it.

For example:

“I, the undersigned, declare the following to be a codicil to my will. I bequeath to Sidewalk Specials NPC (2017/316326/08) the sum of [insert amount or percentage of overall estate value] “
