180 dogs & cats sterilised, inoculated, dewormed, given Nexgard, mange treatment, antibiotics, a bag of nutritious food and a warm kennel!

Thanks to our hard working vets and volunteers all this was achieved in twelve gruelling hours! 

Huge shout out to our head vet and her staff Vetpoint Dr. Reena Cotton, to our hero guest vets Penzance Veterinary ClinicPDSACape Animal Fertility ClinicNoordhoek Veterinary ClinicCeres Veterinary Hospital and Duynevet!  

Also special thanks to Boland Dierekliniek in Worcester for providing stellar back up services for animals needing transfusions and x rays! 

To Boehringer Ingelheim for the amazing donation of 670 Nexgard treatments, Virbac South Africa for the donation of vaccines & dewormers, and to Ascendis Animal Health for your Fibrotec & dewormer donation! 🙏🏻  Every animal went home with a nutritious bag of food thanks to the Wild at Heart FoundationHill’s Pet NutritionPetley’s and Lakato! 

To Do it for the Dogs and JoJo for enabling us to provide warm kennels for our patients, sending them home with shelter is the best feeling!  To AtFrits Pet Hotel & Daycare CentreHats Off and everyone who dropped blankets to Vet Point– there’s 180 warm fur balls tonight thanks to you! 

To ROGZ and every sponsored ‘Rescue Leash & Collar Combo’, we replaced three bin worths of chains this weekend! 

Every dog went home with their trusty cone of shame thanks to Rucenta, donating and providing cones at cost!  To every person who donated PPE to the team and CICS LTD SA for providing a free Steri hall COVID clean! Thank you for keeping us safe!

Steri Drive 9- Part 2 is happening on the 8th August in De Doorns, if you can sponsor a township animals Care Packplease use the donation options below!  

Care Pack costs R450/ €24/ £20/ $27 and allows us to sterilise, inoculate, deworm, Nexgard, give mange treatment, antibiotics, a food parcel and warm kennel to one township dog/cat!
