Old Dog Chained In Blazing Heat- SOS!

Never give your pets away…you simply do not know where they’ll end up! 

Outreach were approached by a young girl in tears, she told how a dog had appeared four days back, lived on a chain and hadn’t stopped crying since.

Chained in the blazing heat with temperatures going above 37° and no shelter or water, Phoebe wouldn’t have lasted the week! 

Phoebe’s approx 7 years old, good with dogs & kids, cats unknown but she has no teeth so Isn’t much of a threat either way!
