Chained Dog- SOS!

Chip was discovered on outreach, chained in the baking heat with no access to water or shelter.

To add insult to injury we found two of our Sidewalk kennels stored at the back of his house…needless to say both Chip and the kennels were confiscated!

Chip’s owner was given the opportunity to rectify his behaviour but refused, we will be keeping an eye to make sure no dog replaces Chip on that chain!
