Puppy Tied to Breeze Block- Update!

We met Toby on a De Doorns Vaccine Drive, at only seven months old, he’d spent his entire life tied to a breeze block! 💔

When confronted, his owner requested we take him away with us. Once again we had to ask our supporters to share our plea for a forever home!

And, once again, our supporters came through! 💖
