Sidewalk Specials emergency vet bill is currently sitting at R119,575 ($6786/€5829/£5036/AUD10457) – we’re the only rescue the De Doorns township can call if their pet is injured and it shows…😓
Whilst our bi-weekly clinic works to absorb as many cases as possible, some emergencies simply cannot wait! 💔
We know our vet bill should sway us with Blessing’s case…that we should make the sensible call…
But when you’re carrying an old, well loved, tubby little dog away from an owner crying snot en trane (snot and tears). When you see the ‘do it yourself’ bandage job a family with little to no resources has assembled…well, you kind of crumble a little…
