R.I.P Scruff! You were loved! You are missed!

So I’ve been quiet! Well I’ve been angry and I’ve been doing what angry girls do!

Wearing too much make up, going out too much, drinking too much, self destructing!

You do it! You save them! You vet them! You network them! You home them! You’ve saved them right?…right?!

Wrong!

Sometimes it was just too rough before you got there!

Sometimes you can’t save them all…

And that’s all I hear- “you can’t save them all”…well I’m going to bloody well try!

Scruff didn’t make it, so we went back for Scout!

The reality of dog rescue, clearing up other people’s messes, a community caring when no one else does!

R.I.P Scruff! You were loved! You are missed! Thoughts with your family!

NB. All donations for Scruff’s leg operation will be used for Scout’s chemotherapy, a 6 week course which the vet believes will cure her of TVT.

BequestS - Remember us in Your Will

One of the most effective ways in which you can ensure that Sidewalk Specials NPC’s work continues is by way of a bequest in your will.

 

What Can You Bequeath?

You can leave any realisable assets to Sidewalk Specials NPC, including:

  • Property and land
  • Money or stocks and shares
  • Personal possessions
 
Adding a Bequest to Your Will
 
If you wish to donate to Sidewalk Specials NPC by way of a bequest, please make specific mention of us in your will.

For example:

“I bequeath to Sidewalk Specials NPC (2017/316326/08) the sum of [insert amount or percentage of overall estate value]. “ 

If you have already drawn up your will, a bequest to Sidewalk Specials NPC can be contained in an addition to your will, known as a Codicil, which can be added at any time.

A codicil must be signed and witnessed in the same way as the will itself (although the witnesses do not need to be the same). It must be kept with the will, but not affixed to it.

For example:

“I, the undersigned, declare the following to be a codicil to my will. I bequeath to Sidewalk Specials NPC (2017/316326/08) the sum of [insert amount or percentage of overall estate value] “
