The old dog who was too “Yucky” to live!

Remember Nik- Nak? The death row dog who’s owners demanded he be put to sleep because he was too “yucky”!!

Nik- Nak is still receiving vet care from the lovely Dr Cotton (Vet point, Sea point) and will be going in for x-rays, the snip, and rotten tooth removal this week! All sponsored by your lovely selves!! 

His appalling skin condition was actually due to malnutrition, not mange as suspected, you’ll be glad to know the SPCA will be paying a visit to his former owners! Watch this space..

BequestS - Remember us in Your Will

One of the most effective ways in which you can ensure that Sidewalk Specials NPC’s work continues is by way of a bequest in your will.

 

What Can You Bequeath?

You can leave any realisable assets to Sidewalk Specials NPC, including:

  • Property and land
  • Money or stocks and shares
  • Personal possessions
 
Adding a Bequest to Your Will
 
If you wish to donate to Sidewalk Specials NPC by way of a bequest, please make specific mention of us in your will.

For example:

“I bequeath to Sidewalk Specials NPC (2017/316326/08) the sum of [insert amount or percentage of overall estate value]. “ 

If you have already drawn up your will, a bequest to Sidewalk Specials NPC can be contained in an addition to your will, known as a Codicil, which can be added at any time.

A codicil must be signed and witnessed in the same way as the will itself (although the witnesses do not need to be the same). It must be kept with the will, but not affixed to it.

For example:

“I, the undersigned, declare the following to be a codicil to my will. I bequeath to Sidewalk Specials NPC (2017/316326/08) the sum of [insert amount or percentage of overall estate value] “
