Remember German Shepherds Skye and Zena?

Given away for free when their owners moved, the recipients- unable to care for them- reached out to Sidewalk Specialsfor help!

Thanks to your donations, shares and support, here they are today checking in from their forever homes!

NB: Skye and Zena were rehomed together initially but were separated and placed with male siblings on the advice of a behaviourist.

If you’re moving/ emigrating- please make every effort to take your dogs with you! There aren’t enough homes for the number of dogs out there as it is- to add to the statistics is irresponsible! South African shelters already have enough work on their hands with the overpopulation of township dogs without having to rehome your pet!
