A beautiful thing is happening in the De Doorns township…
When the community know of a neglected/ abused/ unwanted dog, they’re approaching the owner themselves and asking them to surrender the dog to Sidewalk Specials ❤️
We then get a call out to come and rescue said animal, they even help us film the rescue and get the surrender forms signed…🥹
You see, most people are kind at heart, and when given the access to rescue and vet care, will use it for the greater good. ♥️
When people attack township owners in our comments section, we wince. Because we know how many kind hearted humans living in those townships are reading those untrue, unfair and unkind comments. 😔
How they must feel knowing the outside world thinks so little of them, never having even met them…

Temple is our latest community rescue – four years old, wire-haired terrier mix, good with dogs kids and cats.
