Ratty and Batty were found on outreach in De Doorns, living in filthy conditions, without shelter, food or water, chained with wires and ropes digging into their necks.
Fortunately hunger overcame fear and we were able to load them for Vet Point!
Both are suffering tick bite fever, malnutrition, mange (non contagious), anaemia and Batty was found to have an old break in his back leg. Having being left for over a year without treatment it is no longer fixable and will require amputation.
Siblings, small breed and approximately two years old, Ratty and Batty are looking for new homes! Behavioural assessment recommends rehoming separately to help them integrate with their new owners and animals!
