Little Dog Gets To Stay With Her Family- Thank You!

Whilst on our last outreach in Prince Alfred Hamlet we came across this little girl!

There was an outcry as to why she wasn’t confiscated, we firmly believe in education and keeping dogs with their families wherever possible!

We hope this clip helps people understand why!

Cape Town’s shelters are over flowing and life isn’t getting easier for our struggling communities, the only answer is education and sterilisation!

We have committed to our next sterilisation drive on the 11/12th of November in Prince Alfred Hamlet! If you are a veterinary professional and able to donate your time please email: contact@sidewalkspecials.org

We are also heading out this coming Tuesday 31st to offer immediate veterinary assistance to the community & begin signing up dogs for sterilisation. If you are Afrikaans speaking and available to assist please email: contact@sidewalkspecials.org

Lastly our outstanding vet bills are R11,564 and we only have R765 in the bank!

We can’t do our work without your support, if you can donate- even R50- please do, it all counts!

BequestS - Remember us in Your Will

One of the most effective ways in which you can ensure that Sidewalk Specials NPC’s work continues is by way of a bequest in your will.

 

What Can You Bequeath?

You can leave any realisable assets to Sidewalk Specials NPC, including:

  • Property and land
  • Money or stocks and shares
  • Personal possessions
 
Adding a Bequest to Your Will
 
If you wish to donate to Sidewalk Specials NPC by way of a bequest, please make specific mention of us in your will.

For example:

“I bequeath to Sidewalk Specials NPC (2017/316326/08) the sum of [insert amount or percentage of overall estate value]. “ 

If you have already drawn up your will, a bequest to Sidewalk Specials NPC can be contained in an addition to your will, known as a Codicil, which can be added at any time.

A codicil must be signed and witnessed in the same way as the will itself (although the witnesses do not need to be the same). It must be kept with the will, but not affixed to it.

For example:

“I, the undersigned, declare the following to be a codicil to my will. I bequeath to Sidewalk Specials NPC (2017/316326/08) the sum of [insert amount or percentage of overall estate value] “
